| | WHAT TO EXPECT
This camp is designed to provide an opportunity to be in an environment that promotes the development of the female player.
The staff will be comprised of college coaches and high school coaches who coach female soccer players. Additionally, there will be female college players serving on the coaching staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage in an environment with female role models.
The coaches will focus on teaching the technical aspects of the game based. New ideas will be taught, and technique will be refined through repetition and fun games. Technique = dribbling, passing/receiving, shooting, heading (if age appropriate), and some goalkeeper training will be incorporated for those players who aspire to be a goalkeeper. Additionally, the tactics of the game, which is the decision making/understanding of the game, will be taught through possession and small sided games. The afternoon will entail fun soccer games and scrimmages.
